This demanding twelve week project was successfully completed in conjunction with Leslie Clark and New Look converting an existing office building into New Look’s largest UK store.

Using innovative project management, a large number of design changes were incorporated on site within an unusual footprint without extending the programme. Deliveries to site (including escalators) required careful planning and monitoring to ensure the health and safety for employees and public alike was not compromised on what is the busiest shopping street in Glasgow.
