Fisher & Donaldson is a fourth generation family bakery business. In this contract Barbour Shopfitters designed & fitted out a vacant car showroom.

The brief was to create a modern contemporary look while still preserving the traditional values of the ‘Fisher & Donaldson’ family brand, incorporating a ‘Chocolate factory’, Bakery, Café & retail space.

The works involved the installation of a complete new shopfront, illuminated signage, exterior walnut cladding, ceiling, wall finishes, & gantries. Barbour Shopfitters also designed, manufactured & installed the bespoke centre floor gondolas finished with walnut, peach mirror & polished brass fittings.
